Employee Assistance Program

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a voluntary and confidential service, to support employees who have personal concerns that affect their personal wellbeing and/or work performance.

An EAP offers employer-funded confidential counseling for employees & their family members as well as consultative support for managers & supervisors to address employee organizational challenges & needs.

Employees can access up to 5 sessions per calendar year with Evolve Wellbeing Psychology. Your manager must then approve additional sessions.

We invoice confidentially to your organisation with all notes, documents, and conversations remaining confidential between you and your therapist.
