About Me
I hold a deep and abiding respect for all people and firmly believe in their innate strength and resilience. My goal with each client is to create a safe place in which they can feel safe enough to be truly seen and heard, perhaps for the first time. I bring authenticity, honesty, and transparency to my therapeutic approach, combined with psychoeducation, skills training and EMDR to assist my clients to move towards healing.
I believe healing to be a journey in which we truly discover our authentic selves. A journey that involves overcoming the difficulty of past experiences and learning to be deeply compassionate towards ourselves and others. As a result of this we might be free to challenge old patterns of thinking and behaving and choose new ways to engage with the world.
I provide services via telehealth to adults over 18 years. My work is LGBTQIA+ welcoming pro-choice and sex worker allied.
