About Me

My intention is to free people up to engage in life more fully, summed up wonderfully by the phrase ‘get out of your mind and into your life!”

A dedicated psychologist with experience working across a range of health, education and sporting settings. I believe that movement and engaging with the outdoors are integral to improving mental health and attaining wellness.

Life can be very challenging and often we suffer greatly, it can be tricky finding your way out of the maze. It is my passion to be able to assist people though this process.

My approach is client centred and uses a combination of evidence-based strategies including: CBT, ACT, DBT, SFT and IPT.

In my personal life, I enjoy being physically active and following many sports. If given the chance you’ll find me getting out and about on the wonderful waterways we have here in the southeast – beach, bay or river it doesn’t matter.

I also love spending time with my dogs, they love the water as well!
