About Me
Phillipa is a seasoned mental health clinician who offers a respectful and collaborative approach to healing through therapy. She has a particular interest in supporting those who wish to reclaim their lives from the impacts of trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and loss. Working with children, adolescents, and adults, she sees clients of all ages.
Meeting with Phillipa can help you gain increased clarity and explore new possibilities for life through her empathetic inquiry and gentle, attuned presence. She has seven years of tertiary education and nearly two decades of experience supporting people with their challenges. She enjoys using therapeutic modalities that will assist you in deepening your understanding of yourself and moving towards the kind of life you long for.
Phillipa is a committed lifelong learner and recently extended her skills through completion of a Master of Psychotherapy and Counselling, reflecting her passion of staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field to better serve her clients.
Phillipa accepts private clients, NDIS self-managed plan participants (including parent sessions), workcover and EAP clients.
